Our help desk is available to provide assistance and resolution for issues related to XaaS, WAN services, cyber security, cloud infrastructure or platform services. We can troubleshoot promptly to reduce disruption to the business, or provide proactive management to keep your systems running smoothly.
Our help desk team can troubleshoot and provide solutions for addressing issues of any magnitude. Through a combination of technical knowledge and customer service, help desk technicians ensure the timely resolution of all IT–related problems.
FCX is a VAR (Value Added Reseller) rather than a traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) – we do not support standard LAN management of desktops and servers. FCX does have partnerships with MSPs, and can recommend partners to support clients on-site.
