Managed helpdesk support for your entire IT stack

FCX offers phone, texting and email support for all service procured through the FCX process. After implementation of services selected from your provider, our support team stays engaged. Our help desk is available to provide assistance and resolution for issues related to XaaS, WAN services, cyber security, cloud infrastructure or platform services. We can troubleshoot promptly to reduce disruption to the business, or provide proactive management to keep your systems running smoothly.

FCX is a VAR (Value Added Reseller) rather than  a traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) – we do not support standard LAN management of desktops and servers. FCX does have partnerships with MSPs, and can recommend partners to support clients on-site.
