    Will I be charged for the Professional Plan at any time?

    No, you will not. This plan is completely free of charge.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards and and PayPal, and for Team, Venture and Enterprise plans, we can invoice you. Invoices can be paid by credit card, check, wire, or ACH.

    How will you determine the cost of my project and will I get an estimate upfront?

    An intake is part of the project process – after this has been completed you will receive a quote for the project. This is a fixed cost and once agreed upon will not alter, even if more work is required than estimated upfront.

    What happens after my project has been concluded?

    Your team will receive a project completion confirmation email. After this, the FCX Level 2 Service Support Plan will take effect. Pricing for this plan varies from free up to $7,500 per month, depending upon the assets we manage for you.
