Frequently Asked Questions
Am I signing up under a contract?
- Except for the Cloud Summit Plans, which are one-time projects with a fee however not term, all other plans involve contractual obligations. The Level 2 Service Support Service requires a contract with FCX, all other plans are a composite of provider services plans which required commitment terms.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards and and PayPal, and for Team, Venture and Enterprise plans, we can invoice you. Invoices can be paid by credit card, check, wire, or ACH.
What happens if I already have part of the services listed under a package?
- No worries, FCX has you covered. Because we offer each IT stack as a separate or stand-alone service also, we can create an a tailored solution for your organization.
Does Firstlight Cloud Xchange offer discounts for nonprofit organizations?
- Yes, we offer a discounted rate for nonprofits on our Professional or Team Cloud Summit plans. See if your organization qualifies by applying.
